1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pppvip platform at pppvip.im, creating a member account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the pppvip platform and close your account.

pppvip reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register a pppvip account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must not already hold an existing pppvip account. Each person is permitted one account only. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether using pppvip is lawful in your location.

pppvip reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account approval does not constitute a warranty that use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

pppvip operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering principles. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo ID — National ID card, passport, or driving licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of address — A utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three months confirming your residential address.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from your own registered payment method may be reversed, and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pppvip offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to verified members aged 21 and above only. pppvip reserves the right to exclude any member from a promotional offer at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus will be stated in the individual offer terms.

• Bets are final once confirmed. pppvip does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where pppvip determines that an obvious error has occurred (e.g., a clearly incorrect odds price resulting from a technical fault).
• pppvip reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or otherwise rendered unable to produce a definitive result within the timeframe specified in the relevant sport's rules.

10. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any pppvip content without express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

12. Account Closure and Termination

In cases of termination due to a material breach, pppvip may forfeit all account balances.
